Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing or shipped status.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If the "Cancel Order" button is not visible, your order is already being processed by our warehouse and can no longer be canceled.

Our warehouse works quickly to prepare and ship orders, so the cancellation window is very limited.
