Refund policy

At this time, returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States. We currently do not accept returns for international orders shipped outside the US.


Returns for US Orders

We accept returns for unworn clothing items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return period begins on the day the tracking information shows the package as delivered

  • Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days after the return request has been submitted

For split-package orders, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered.


Return Conditions

Returns that do not meet our return requirements may:

  • Be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or

  • Be rejected and returned to the sender


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item received was damaged, or

    • We shipped the wrong item


Refund Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products

  • Bodysuits

  • Face masks

  • Intimates & lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear
